Top to bottom:
A wootz razor in my Ottoman design.
A kiridashi that is three layers of steel O1 15N20 O2. Truth be told it is a piece of steel that was split from a faulty billet some time ago. Waste not want not.
2 razors in Ed Schempp Damascus. My logo is embedded in the steel as a piece of through and through mosaic Damascus.
Til shade is gone, til water is gone, Into the shadow with teeth bared, screaming defiance with the last breath.

Thanked: 2284Took apart my Hoover carpet cleaner cause the brush head stopped spinning. Only to discover that I bought another high quality piece of Shit, engineered to fail. Opened the terbine that drives the cleaning brushes, only to find the gears full of rust. You'd think they'd make something that sucks up water completely sealed. Lubed it all up with fluid film and put it back together. Good to go..... For a bit anyways.

Conquered the Ivory challenge.
And a uneventful first, at collarless pinning as well.
Doing the wedge was nerve racking, tap,tap,tap.......checking ,tap,
tap,tap........check, tap,tap,tap.
Over n over, till the wedge was snug, but not tight. Then off to the blade till snug, then tightened the wedge, and the blade, until I got that familiar, solid ring, that only comes from a Outback railroad track, pinning anvil. [emoji56]
