Sweet pair, Sloan. Great condition! I have a few sweet pairs, but have been looking for a nice Sheffield pair to fill some matching scales. Finding a pair of heavy wedge blades with bad scales on the cheap is as tall an order as just buying a nice pair for the purpose...

However, I cannot bring myself to unpin a nice pair....Especially one such as you have found.
    Nice work!

Well yesterday I also recieved these back in the mail. The scales for the W&B FBU that were so warped that I sent to Mike (Outback)
    Here are a couple pics

As you can see he did an amazing job getting them true. Now I have to do a bit of fill in and polishing. Rework the heel of the blade and get her shave ready.
He also sent me a set of mock up bolts
Thanks Mike you sir are an awesome guy and a great friend

Will start on the scales tomorrow. Filling in the chips and stuff
Worked on the blade today. Got the heel filed as well as the toe.
Got the grinder marks sanded out as well. At 1200 grit w/d so far.
No pics as of now, had to get up to the farm where there's a basement. Under a take cover tornado warning

    Pic in the morning
