    Nice find and worthy project!
Careful of the hood!! Some had acid etched hoods and if a dummy didn't press down and back and unlock it the hood would bend!
Neighbor had a real hassle with a local garage...

Haven't heard of that...been in the Autobody business over 40 years...just pull the outside latch..then pull the safety latch..the hood come up. He must not have the hood pin and latch lined up or the nose is swung over...something is out of whack

My bad... It was damaged in closing. Folded just at the end of the hinge mechanisms. Left a nasty crease across the hood. Pontiac had a lot of short run stuff back then.

Working on a clean-up before new scales on this razor.
Been polishing after scraping the rust off and sanding. Still more polishing to do, but what about the lettering?
Would it be better to use a paint and highlight them or try to clean them out?

Here is another pic of the blade. Any and all comments appreciated

Nice one Dieseld, Judge Lummus claimed that these Frederick Reynolds razors were not any good. Having one myself I can tell you they are fantastic shavers.
