Most of them would easily fit into a medium USPS Flat Rate Box..About USD$12 or so to ship as there is no weight limit. 3Day is the usual delivery time in the USofA. The trick is to pack so nothing moves or can move!! A lot of bracing and sometimes lining the box with smaller boxes can do it..
I have shipped as high as 70# in one. I did put "Warning Heavy" on all surfaces. Poor postman! He had 2 to deliver that day.

The dust was a bee-atch. And I am bad about not wearing the mask except with walnut so it was either go hi tech or keep getting hi on mahogany dust. Not Colorado gold by a long shot.
The vac thing, $30, free shipping. Couldn't have made one cheaper.
And each full bucket should fill the outdoor firepit nicely. Will fab it up this weekend and post up some shots testing it's pull.
Hope to run hoses to my table saw, lathe, router, and sander all dedicated with slide gates.
    We'll see.

You are a good man. Save me a nice one til I actually deserve it!
If he ships in a Flat Rate box of the appropriate size, it will save a ton of money rather than regular shipping.

EDIT: I've been busy so I didn't get to Richards post yet until just now. He beat me to it but we both had the same idea.......
This is eBay night to make my listings which I've been doing all day getting ready plus a doctors appt. I like to do 5 day listings ending Sunday nights. I now have a large lot of vintage electronics I'm going through & getting ready to list but I doubt it will get listed tonight. It doesn't matter on certain items, they can end anytime but others I list, I make 'em end on Sunday nights when people come in from the weekend to unwind, sit down in front of the tube or computer. A lot of people end their items on Sunday nights, especially certain straight razor sellers & more.

Well Im back, Im guessing everybody went to sleep. I was watching some videos on inlays and wood working. Realized that I really need to learn how to do that, Ive been mostly improvising but its time to really study up on the professional techniques and also learn inlays. Geezer had a good idea and Im going with it. While doing that I was sanding a broken blade that came in that lot.
It was heart breaking to see such a big beauty in such bad shape but Im trying to fix it up..
A bit over 9/8" with big chips in the blade a deep crack going up into the blade where you see the portion removed and another crack in the middle. It had some pitting and I at least wanted to clean that blade up. Left the little spike by the thumb, it helps with the handling while shaving, gotta hold it to really see what I mean.
I removed as little as possible from the blade.
I really think it will be a great shaver though, still have a bit of work to do, just gonna leave the scales on and clean it all up from here, hone and shave.
Edit: Found the before pic. The magic marker shows the cracks.. Surprising how far up the crack went into the thick of it.

No sleep for this guy yet! I went to take a pic of this one & the battery went dead in my camera so I ate something while it got a small charge in it. I have the other W&B that needs the heel ground out but this one I picked up for just a few bucks & will be a challenge & will need a big toe clipped!
