    I'm cleaning up my first two japanese folders today/night. Got the two of them and my first two big henckels honed up while I recouped today.
    All 4 have honed up extremely fast and extremely sharp!! The Henckels are a 14 and a
    72 1/2 Inox. The japanese, no idea what the symbols mean. The one says F.M77. on the one side, symbols on the other.
    Will be testing them out later.
