LMAO! that was awesome, glad to know not the only one!
But usually Tom is standing there with plastic devil horns on and a Pakistani blade in hand whistling "Flight of the Valkyries".

I have gotten it off eBay but not a nice solid color. I have also gotten it at Masecraft as honey ox horn.

Well, we've covered Wade & Butcher, Artist, Torrey & a few others in this thread. Unfortunately I forgot to take a before pic of the chip in the Torrey. I got out three more Torrey's last night & they have collars on them so not all were collarless. I also looked at the one I just pinned together & I thought it was a newer one but it is actually stamped.

I've been looking for some honey horn. Getting more and more interested in it when I see Steve's scales.
Musk ox horn. Now THAT is the ultimate. Anyone want to go in on a set of horns to cut down???

Yeah, when ya buy from Masecraft, it's a $50 minimum.

That last set I made came from eBay & I split that piece using my Dremel scroll saw but one piece is darker than the other but I don't care..............gives it character. I would like to find some uniformly even though to replace some old vintage ones.

If William & Samuel Butcher (actually James Buthcer) knew this would happen, no telling what they would have used as a slogan..................."the straight razor that lasts centuries"!!!
All I know is this slogan ; "Anyone who double-pins the wedge end of one of Master Wade's razors will henceforth cause the old Gent to roll in his grave!"

    Thanks Shaun
This is the last buyer I used & they didn't come as nice as the straight razor he shows!

2 Gold Color Light Brown Horn Scales 160x45x4mm Vintage Straight Razor Scales | eBay

He also has a website & I went there to buy it. It still came out beautiful though.

Oh man that was a low blow! Lol guess I'm gonna have to make this right somehow.. perhaps a strict restoration is in order? Let me see what I can dig up, I've got about 50 W&B razors, should have a couple in need...
