Outback, how weird. That scale design at the pivot is like what i was thinking of my Wosty shorty.

Been working hard for a week getting ready for Thanksgiving. Two turkeys to fry, brisket will cook all night.

What's the recipe ole man? Could become part of a northern tradition as well. Not a lot of reptile shaped dishes up here, would balance out the beaver bread..
