    Been working hard for a week getting ready for Thanksgiving. Two turkeys to fry, brisket will cook all night.
    My Thanksgiving staple, a 'rattlesnake'. Looks pretty scary as-cooked!

    That 'rattlesnake' looks interesting.
    What's the recipe ole man? Could become part of a northern tradition as well. Not a lot of reptile shaped dishes up here, would balance out the beaver bread..
