[QUOTE=sharptonn;1540956]Babur is a guy in Germany who sells these pins. You can find him on Ebay looking under 'cut throat razor pins'.
He sells some with a variety of domes, cat eyes, etc which go over the installed collar or use them by themselves.
They go through the scale and bottom on the wedge/pivot, so stay tight and don't damage scales. They also come with brass spacers. The silver ones are plated brass, so care on the buffer with them or they will be brass! Work a treat!

I have invested rather heavily in them........
They also work well under Ajkenne's collars which are quite nice!

I'm gonna get some of those. I've seen 'em but I'll need to find 'em.
Whenever i eventually get my lathe over here, I plan on making some collars as well. I know I keep talking about it but issues keep coming up & I don't know how long I will be here but hopefully after getting some news a couple days ago, I will be able to get it over here soon. There's a lot of things I want to do with it!

Glad to hear Mike! Burnt toast sound goooood!
Tom, I still have one set of the pins you sent me when I was doing that Greaves.
Didn't realise they came from Germany. Thanks again for those.
Smile every time I reach for that old wedge.

That was a model of Eskiltuna shark razor, I think? They look like outback and MikeT got ahold of them!

You may be correct. I was quite intrigued mostly because I thought that the two pin wedge scales were a modern artistic design. I must say for the most part I am a traditionalist. If other want to jump out of the box I'm ok with that.

Yeah, I saw one for sale recently. 'Shark' was spelled out in the shape of a shark on a hot-stamp on the front scale. Yeah! Berg! A plainer blade than that one, outback.
No way those scales are original at all, I think.
