The brothers GRIFFON.
Well their kicked back for the moment, with their shoes off.
Was thinking, but want your guys opion on it.
Being there is quite extensive toe wear, especially this side in comparison to the other.
I was thinking, amputate the smashed toe, hone wear would be more equal.
Bad side
Not "as" bad side.
It's 5/8@ heel , and by taking the toe will make the new toe 1/32 away from 5/8.
So let my have it.Mike

Oh! It does seem someone was a bit heavy-handed at the toe. That would certainly even things up a lot. Another trick. albeit a pain, is to use some smaller felt buffs and compounds to go at the bottom of the hone wear to thin it out some?
If you didn't like the result, you could then chop it off?"Don't be stubborn. You are missing out."
I rest my case.

What about a fine dremel drum on low speed to begin...Hand-sanding from there?

Hold on!! I found a crack in the other blade , while cleaning it just now.
Just about an 1/8"from the stabilizers.
Hmmm.. Notch it out..?
[emoji23] [emoji23] [emoji23] these both need surgery.
So whats the prognosis....

Thanked: 4827I am still working on my renovations. I would like to chip in a little, but it will have to be just beaking off, seeing as I have no work to contribute.
When you take that heel out could you take the remainder of the stabilized out too. Sort of take the corners off of it so it rounds into the blade and makes it look a little less of a cut off heel and more like it was meant to be that way? It's not what you know, it's who you take fishing!
