She's finished.....!!!
All went perfectly.
Im extremely happy with the results.
Used sand paper, taped to ends of pencil erasers to sand the areas of repair, 400-600-1000 grt, buffed the celluloid inlay with dremmel, rag wheel and starbrite plastic scratch remover, the metal by hand with MAAS.
Pinned with silver collars and brass pins.

Ive had that blade sitting in the, needs shoes box, since march.
When I seen those scales in the care package he sent.... I said, thats the shoes it needs.
