First time I've ever had to take a nap half way through the day on Christmas! Long long day.
Merry Christmas!
I hope you're all warm, well fed, and with loved ones!

The big get together for me was last night at my place and there are no kids at my house so I got to sleep in and didn't need a nap.

Thanked: 4827Typically I don’t mind people waking me up by gifting me with pie. It’s a great way to start the day, it’s not just for breakfast anymore either.

Same to u, Steve.
And to answer your question, Mike.
Belly is full, definitely with family, and absolutely warm, with a touch of fuzzy.

My wife and brothers wife completely disregarded our xmas lists and bought us razors. I wanted tools but will not complain, also because "time" to go work on my gift was part of the Xmas gift..
It just came in today, a Lifetime Reaper! I've always wanted one and in one of my SR Notebooks is a list with a Reaper toward the top. A long list. Very.
And it has broken scales.
Sweet!!!
The "time gift" makes it possible too!

Cleaned it up. Very happy no cracks and only a few very tiny pits closer to spine, and on tang.
Gonna take it to my buddys workshop tomorrow and take it apart completely, draw a few outlines, clean up the inlays a bit more, and drop them in acetone.
Tonight I'll be writing out a plan of attack, and watching those videos 10pups made on the task of rescaling these.
Read through Glens posts too.
I think Glen also has some videos on it on youtube so I'll watch those too.
Gonna have to find the scale material..
