    Nope not at all.
    The blade was a slight blued from the barbicide though.
    I did install some thrust washers in them after cleaning with some 3M, never put them in the first time. [emoji16]

    Can you ask what the Legal Requirements for the use of the Barbicide are? Does the razor's blade have to be kept immersed etc.

    The blades have to be submerged at all times, except after closing and all customers have left. If they show up for inspection during working hours and find one sitting out... Bad things happen.
    That's the short story, he's a talker for sure, so his was a lot longer, with branches to other stories that made the whole story.[emoji38]

    He's tightened them so much, the wood is hard as rock and slick from compressing the oil in the wood, (teak) its made a big difference with the addition of the washers, just a wee nudge on the screw makes it super tight, he'll love it..!!
