    Heck Roy, you could make a better cut than that with a chainsaw

    That's not 'Character' That's Crappy Workmanship--Plain and Simple!

    But it's not surprising for what the landlord hires. The duplex was recently re-painted and the painter painted over the faucets, Numbers on the buildings, the door bell buttons, the screen doors etc.

    In fact yes I could have! However I'd have used a cross cut hand saw. Slow but accurate.

    WOW!!!! I'd be having major issues with that happening
