While I am a vintage guy, the 'prolink' led me to the winged-maker!

Yeah I live in a pretty congested area so there's always a lot happening on the road. One nice thing about California is that splitting lanes is legal. Less chance of getting rear ended and you can get through the traffic a bit easier.

Ya, while not a fast one, my philosophy is to get down the road and let the big ones happen behind me!

Well I picked up a Red Imp from the tadoo box the other day, gave it a cleaning with some 3M, re -blued the tang, painted the stamp, cleaned and polished a set of scales from the collection box, that seemed to go with it.

A bit of heal work needed, but should hone up a treat.

True dat Tom. Terrific match up Mike. My only imp was too far gone with cell rot when I got it. Even your blade bling couldn't bring that one back.
    That one looks shweeet!

    From them:
    to this
    and this:
An unmarked blade. Somewhat thin to remove those holes on the tail.
It was a project I've been thinking for a few months, it's not perfect but it's ... unique
The next step is sharpening the blade.
