I haven't done a resto in a while since most of my razor time over the last few months has been spent on the stones. Not much to do with this GB Art razor. I have a few like this in the fixem box. Time to get em in the rotation.

    Yeah.! Quickies.
    Gotta love those Matt.
Like it, when I can find those kind.
Pop the pivot, clean it all up, pin it back up, hone, and shave the next day.[emoji482]

I think having a slew of blades has made me kind of picky. I haven't bought any in much worse shape then this in a while.

I like hoarding them away so I have something to do on a rainy day.

Got this one all shiny, or shiny enough..

I thought the scales were hard rubber but they turned out to be horn.. bonus!

John, that is an unusual looking razor. It makes me wonder about the details. Closer pics would be awesome. Are you just honing that up?

Sloan, I love the pewter wedge in the black scales. That razor is likely to be awesome. I am at work and will be here for a short trip and get home on the 27th. The down side is I forgot my dork lord glasses. So I am not working on much. I cannot see a damn thing for detail work without my magnifying visor.

You are not alone my friend, I have two. One for 10" away and one for 4" away.

Looks like the classic TI #69 frame back...beautiful razor, and one of my all time favourites blades.
