Don't forget the steal wool....
It should penetrate.
Dont know how far though.
The question of how flexible the finsh is. My CA scales have cracks in them from the bow created from pinning and movement of the blade opening and closing.
Dont know if tru oil will do that.Mike

Thanked: 4206I use my dremel lots too, but as Shaun said, watch rotation and temperature.
Invest in good bits as well! McMasterCarr has some awesome selections of prepregnated (new word!) high to low grit buffs as well as awesome wood bits.
Posted up the Dorko BTW, started too pretty to fit in this thread though!

Stupid me, I think I will let the 1st coat set up and bolt it all back together to get my lead wedge fitted so I can sand around it, unbolt it all, and then add a few coats. Talk about putting the cart before the horse!

A lot if you aren't careful...........
I always warn people not to use one if they aren't experienced with one. Even if you are .......oops! And.............practice on a junk blade first!
I always say if using one to make sure ya watch the rotation of it. Never against the edge!!!!!!
