    Man... Glad everyone is ok.
    Sorry about the truck.
Kinda no the feeling, my most favorite truck was stolen, a week after dumping a grand in it.

    No real razor work either.
I finished cleaning (sanding, buff n polish) the Novelty.
And cleaned up two pinned others.
    Geezer and sharptonn like this.

I was on my way home from a two month internship. I got 85 miles away from home and this little bugger jumped out in front of me.

I haven't seen my wife sense I left 2 months ago so you can imagine this was not how we planned on spending the evening. She said she wasn't sad about the car but was really sad about her plans for tonight.... I don't even know what she had planned but I can only imagine.

Well like I said no one also needs to wreck a car!

Way to go on the diamond edge Mike, looks like a keen edge you gave er!

No razor work for me tonight. My youngest totalled my avalanche this morning driving home in some thick fog. He, and the person he hit are both ok. Vehicles, nope.

Sitting with a drink mourning the loss of the nicest truck I ever owned, even as I'm truly relieved that that's all I am mourning. Truck did it's job and kept him safe.

    Salute gents.
Glad to hear everything is OK - vehicles can be replaced....glad he's OK.

Great to hear that no one was injured in the accidents.
    Cars can be replaced.
    Loved ones, can't.

Hey great job Outback! Sometimes when looking at the broken blades it is hard for me to visualize what it will look like but then when it turns out nice it feels so rewarding! Those shorty projects get addicting! Lol great save, I like the tip you have her.

Very sorry to hear about that accident Mike, I can imagine how you must have worried about his health, and relieved he is okay. Much to be thankful for! Very glad he's okay.
Too bad for the truck but some things are replaceable others are not..

So many accidents! I'm glad everyone is okay. I could've been one today... crazy driver almost killed my car too, gotta really watch out.

Maybe everybody has James Bond fever, the new one comes out in theatres soon... and then they will all be driving like secret agents saving the world! And then watch out! Lol hehehe

Well I know this could be considered for another thread, but I figure since it is for some projects coming up in the next few weeks and ALSO for you guys who may want some for scales... Ive got more than I will use for a long time.
This piece of bog oak is almost 6 feet tall! Dont know how heavy it is but its heavy!
Ill try to get some pics of the wood all shined up to give an idea of its final looks but so far I shined up a small piece and its great!
Cost a pretty penny do to the cost of this kind of wood, and the weight.. shipping was crazy.
