Why do I always have to enter my account number and the last four digits of my Social Security number (which was supposed to be a secret number known only to me and one relatively small part of the US government, not a universal ID number) only to be put on hold for a half hour and then the first two questions from the human "what is your account number?" and "what are the last for digits of your Social Security number?"
