My neighbor Jimmy was an aerographer's mate in the Navy and when we lived next door he was working for an Aviation Weather service...
If you talked to him while he was at work, with his charts, he was the best Weatherman I've ever meet.
But once he left work, if you asked him what the weather was going to be his stock response was:
"Seasonal, with minor local variations..."
He was always correct...Support Movember!

So, my daughter in law is thinking of starting a business, on a cart at a local mall. My wife years ago, had a successful business doing so, decided to help her out and make some inquires.
In discussing, options and rates with the leasing agent, I overheard the following conversation on the cell speaker.
The agent asks, “so what are you planning on selling”?
My wife says, “Children’s Clothes”.
The agent says, ”Yea, I just have to tell you, that you cannot sell Food or do Fortune Telling”.
My wife laughs, " Fortune Telling"?
The agent says. “I’m just saying, because not a week goes by that someone calls, wanting to do Fortune Telling.”
My wife tells her, “And, you would think… they would know what your answer would be…already….”
