    Damn, it's got a roll bead on the top. Not sure the sanding idea would work unless you could somehow put a finished edge on the top of that thing once it was sanded.

    Ya possibly. Or drilled it. takes longer but is effective.

    I can TIG weld, not too good, but I can do it





    Oh and that brush is only worth $499.95 so don't bother welding it

    This was at least 30 years ago but the guy that taught me showed me that you want to get the pedal set to 99.99 percent of what will burn trough and then go from there.

    What is 99.99 percent of this ferrule?

    Probably burn up about 10 of them to figure it out.
