Mike, what about using some PVC tubing for your mold? A thicker wall would ensure that the mold doesn't crack. The downside would be that you couldn't see whether the bullet and everything else was centered.

Thanked: 3215Or from Micro Fasteners. If you use Micro Fasteners, a 4mm, ΒΌ inch socket on a 4-inch extension will make your life so much easier.

If you follow the methods of enlarging holes to over 1/ 16th inch. The 0-80 at just 0.06+ will work well. And, it is stiffer. If you taper the hole in the wedge from both sides, it is easier to get the blade centered because the wedge won't bind the movement of the scales back and forth.
