    Mike, what about using some PVC tubing for your mold? A thicker wall would ensure that the mold doesn't crack. The downside would be that you couldn't see whether the bullet and everything else was centered.

    You might try "Small Parts Inc." You want 00-90

    Or from Micro Fasteners. If you use Micro Fasteners, a 4mm, ΒΌ inch socket on a 4-inch extension will make your life so much easier.

    I've gotten them at Ace hardware. Look in the miniature stainless drawer 0-80

    If you follow the methods of enlarging holes to over 1/ 16th inch. The 0-80 at just 0.06+ will work well. And, it is stiffer. If you taper the hole in the wedge from both sides, it is easier to get the blade centered because the wedge won't bind the movement of the scales back and forth.

    Their as straight as I'm gonna get um, but need a little repair work. I'm sending some bog oak so you can make some dust to mix with epoxy, too.
