Seems we had a taxation caused revolution here a couple hunnert years ago.
Now we are aping the UK tax system....
The taxes from those who pay are split equally with the 2% of Aristos' and the 55% of those who don't or won't work.

I remember a day in Basic Training, it was raining like hell and we double timed it on an 8 mile hike with full gear. One of the guys said to a sergeant, "It's Raining"! Well first of all you don't complain to a Sergeant especially in Basic Training. Sarge gives this guy the "stink-eye" and says, "It doesn't RAIN in the Army, it only Rains on the Army"!!!!
