Visiting with my dad who still lives in the house we grew up in, we were catching up on the neighbors and got around to the neighbor kid.
He is 45+ years old, still lives at home with his mom in a converted garage. You know the type, never had a real job, works on cars in the driveway, does odd jobs and has smoked way more than his share of ganja.
Freddy’s is in school?
Yea, the local JC
Freddy? What’s he studying?
Astronomy.

Yea, he’s just… taking up space…
